Teammate ideated and executed Pop Money’s content strategy re-launching their TikTok account from September - November 2023.
The strategy was a high volume posting schedule focused on building out each band members personality and the group’s dance ability. A total of 103 videos were posted and culminated in 3.3M views and 28k new followers.

The approach included two 4 hour studio content days, bi-weekly TikTok trending content meet-ups, and a system for content independently shot by the band members.
The second studio shoot also included yet to be released single artwork, new music vertical video teasers, and DSP imagery.

Ancillary content captured alongside the vertical video shoot to provide shoot context and bonus short form materials. Both the BDC solo dance and before & after series included individual takes for every member resulting in 8 additional posts.

Scheduled bi-weekly social capture meet-ups to participate in trending formats (sounds + dance challenges) & group Tiktok lives.
